Lake Dora Storage Mall, LLC, a self-storage leader in Lake County, Florida, has been family owned and operated since 1993. We are centrally located approximately one hour from the east and west coast of Florida, just 30 miles northwest of Orlando and about 15 miles southeast of the Villages, within the ‘Golden Triangle’ area of Eustis, Mt. Dora and Tavares. We designed it, we built it, we operate it—we know the business best and that’s good for you!

Our friendly, professional managers will guide you through your decision making process and help you determine the best type of storage to meet your needs. Our climate controlled and regular storage units are available in many sizes. Our goal is to keep your stored goods safe, clean and secure and that means keeping a spotless, pest-free and well maintained facility with high-tech security features such as being fully fenced and a computerized gate access system for entrance and exit within our regular gate hours. Each customer has their own unique gate code to access their unit. We have surveillance cameras and monitor for live view and recorded activity. Our on-site managers are there six days a week to assist you in all your storage needs.

Our facility has wide paved driveways for even the largest moving vans. Many of our units have drive-up access while climate controlled units are entered through an interior corridor. We have a flat-bed cart and dolly available for your use. All our buildings consist of steel beam construction built to withstand Florida’s typical tropical storm force winds. All driveways are sloped away from units for proper drainage and each unit has a slight step-up to prevent any moisture from backing up into the unit. Our roll-up doors have a wide weather seal at the bottom to also ensure your belongings will stay dry. Concrete floors in the units are well sealed to create a moisture barrier so there is no need to place pallets down first. Exterior walls and ceilings of all buildings are very well insulated, making a 10 to 15 degree temperature difference.

While storage is a large part of our business, Lake Dora Storage Mall also has store-front type offices for small businesses offering great visibility and drive-by appeal. Having a storage space connected to your office is also an option.

Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; closed on Sundays. Gate Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.
